Low-impact aquatic therapy session in the pool

Aquatic

Aquatic Therapy & Adult Swim Lessons

Low-impact, water-based therapy that uses buoyancy and resistance to accelerate healing and rebuild capacity. The pool lets you load joints safely, restore range of motion, and train without the strain of gravity.

  • Buoyancy reduces joint load for safer movement

  • Water resistance accelerates strength rebuilding

  • Restores range of motion without gravity strain

  • Ideal for post-surgical and low-impact recovery

The people

Real recovery, real people.

See how our clients have recovered from their injuries and improved their lives.

Real stories, with real results.

I discovered the value of aqua fitness when I was staying in Europe for a couple of months and wanted to start it up when I got home.  I couldn’t find any public pool or private swim classes or gyms that had the appropriate rigor (using various exercise equipment) or nor could I find a teacher associated with these type of public or private locations who had knowledge about physiology and who knew what works for different people at different stages of life. Tracey checked all the boxes. She came to our home pool and my husband and I worked with Tracey for a couple of months in order to get a routine going what worked for us to do on our own.  She was a great personal trainer. She was also just a wonderful person who was approachable, knowledgeable, and cared that we’d be successful.

Real stories, with real results.

This extraordinary therapist has been my right arm for about 15 years. We were in person and now for the past 3 years we work virtually. She uses Pilates, Yoga, Physical therapy techniques, and Aquatic therapy jsut depending on what my body needed. She has seen me through surgeries, scoliosis, motor vehicle accidents, bouts of vestibular problems. Her knowledge base is vast and her intuitive quality and attention to detail in my movements and capacities has helped me to grow enormously. She is a great gift, and I want her to work with me for the rest of my life.
