These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Seatown Therapy website. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Not medical advice
The content on this Site — including descriptions of services, exercises, and general wellness information — is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a qualified health professional who knows your history.
Using this Site, submitting the contact form, or reading our content does not create a therapist–client relationship. That relationship begins only after a formal intake and written agreement. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Services and scheduling
The Site describes our concierge therapy services and lets you request a consultation. The services themselves — including fees, scheduling, cancellation policies, and clinical consent — are governed by the separate agreements you sign at intake, which control over these Terms if they conflict.
Shop and third-party links
Our shop page links to product lists hosted on Amazon. Those products are sold by Amazon or its sellers — not by Seatown Therapy. Amazon’s terms, pricing, availability, shipping, and return policies apply to anything you buy there, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links.
Product recommendations are general suggestions, not individualized clinical advice. Check with your own health provider before starting new equipment or exercises.
Payments
Where the Site offers payments (for example, client billing through our secure portal), payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Refunds and cancellations for services are handled under your service agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or other users’ access
- Submit false, misleading, or automated (bot) form submissions
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, images, logos, and design — are owned by Seatown Therapy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, republish, or exploit its content without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seatown Therapy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the current version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
