This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones Seatown Therapy uses, and how you can manage your choices.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information between visits — like a preference you’ve set or a choice you’ve made. They cannot run programs or access other files on your device.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies. These are required for the Site to function — for example, cookies used to keep the client portal secure once you sign in. They cannot be switched off.
The consent cookie. When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we store it in a first-party cookie named st-cookie-consent so we don’t ask you again. It holds only your choice (“accepted” or “declined”) and expires after roughly 180 days.
Measurement cookie. If you accept cookies, we set a first-party HTTP-only cookie named st-anon-id. It holds a random identifier so we can measure time on the Site and video watch time across pages in a visit. It does not contain your name. Anonymous visitors who decline do not get this cookie and are not measured. Signed-in use of the Site and client portal is measured and attached to your account, including this cookie. Looping autoplay videos are stored separately from videos you choose to play. We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics.
Managing your choices
You can change your cookie choice at any time on our cookie preferences page.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working correctly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the Site evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
