I have taken classes in balance, mobility, and pilates from Tracey at Carlsbad Senior Center. She is well known for her expertise and compassion. She makes each student feel welcome and is attentive to their individual needs. As a new student, I have apprehension about the class, but have experienced progress and had fun. Tracey is an expert professional and teacher.

Tracey is an excellent mentor in the field of balance and mobility. She describes all the fine points of the exercises we are asked to do. So that one actually feels and can visualize what is happening internally and mentally. She is patient and caring' qualities vital for good leadership

Tracey is the best Pilates Instructor we have ever had. We love her upbeat, optimistic, can-do attitude which is so supportive and encouraging. She has a way of describing exactly how your body should feel when you perform an exercise correctly, and helping us isolate exactly the correct muscle, especially our interior core muscles which can't be seen. She adapts her instruction to each student's individual performance level, challenging those with more advanced capabilities while keeping the entire class accessible to everyone no matter what their ability. We love that her Pilates uses everyday exercise gear, yoga mat, bands, small free weight etc. that allows us to practice anywhere.

Tracey is an excellent, knowledgeable therapist as well as Pilates Instructor. She is wonderful with seniors. Her balance classes are a must for wobbly adults. This is a Pilates instructor who starts with a very gentle introduction with no machines but learning the importance of correct postures.
