Virtual Session


Sessions are 60 minutes. Initial visit will consist of understanding and listening to the needs and goals of the client. I specialize in helping people with various abilities and physical presentations. I focus on foundational principles of alignment, connection to your abdominals, stabilization and isolation of muscle groups to eliminate compensatory factors and build strength. We always start where your body is and build from there. A plan will be developed to help you get started.
