This class will focus on classical therapeutic strengthening exercises for the whole body. Core, pelvic floor, back, glutes, hips, legs, arms and shoulders. Learn proper form and alignment to stay safe as you get stronger. Connect your mind to your body and properly isolate targeted muscle groups. Participants must be able to get on and off the floor. Bring a mat, desired hand/leg weights and loop resistance band. Feel free to check the Amazon link for props.
